  • Conditions of the Price Match Guarantee

    To qualify for our Price Match Guarantee, the following conditions must be met:

    1. Written Quote: the competitor's quote must be based on a written quote from a legitimate, recognised retailer.
    2. Valid Quote: the quote must be dated within the last 7 days. We cannot accept expired quotes as part of the price match.
    3. Same Model & Year of Manufacture: the caravan or camper trailer must be the exact same model and year of manufacture as the one you are purchasing from us.
    4. Available Stock: the competitor must have the product in available stock at the time of the price match request. If the competitor is out of stock or has a backorder, we are unable to match the price.

  • Exclusions to the Price Match Guarantee

    Our Price Match Guarantee does not apply to:

    1. Trade buyers, wholesalers, importers, or any other business-to-business transaction.
    2. Auction prices or promotional discounts not available to the general public.
    3. Clearance, second-hand or ex-display items.
    4. Competitor pricing on products that have been discontinued or are not the current year's model.

  • How to claim our Price Match Guarantee

    1. Provide us with the written quote from the competitor that meets all the conditions listed above.

    2. Our team will verify the details of the quote and confirm the price to match.


    Once verified, we will match the competitor's price and offer you the best deal available.
